How to enable a participant¶

Create the user account on ldap¶

Create a user account with the following settings:

• Primary group: external
• Additional group: hack4glarus
• Generate a password (hand it to him)
• save

Grant him access¶

The user can now login into redmine / gitlab
To grant him access to the special group, you have to add him by hand in each service
e.g. Add him to the hack4glarus-winter group in gitlab

Change the password¶

the user can change his password by himself (lam.ungleich.ch)
