h1. Getting started with IPv6 h2. Status THIS DOCUMENT IS **IN PROGRESS** h2. Introduction This guide is intended to be a "fool proof" getting started with IPv6 guide. It utilises paid services (like the https://IPv6VPN.ch) from ungleich. The objective is to give you hands on experience. You will need at least one Linux computer to follow this tutorial. h2. Step 1: get IPv6 connectivity * Go to IPv6VPN.ch and get an IPv6VPN * Ensure that you can ping the IPv6 Internet * At this point you should have a working /48 network h2. Step 2: setup basic firewall * Ensure that you have the @nft@ command line utility h2. Step 3: manually enabling IPv6 forwarding h2. Step 4: distributing IPv6 addresses
