Minimum durations for products

Some products that are attached with recurring charge might need different minimum life times:

| VM | 1 hour | Needs some time to boot/get up | depends | depends |
| IPv4 address | 1 hour | Can be booked for only a minute | 1 CHF | 10 CHF/month -> break down to per minute |
| IPv6 /64 network for a VM | 1 hour | free, but setup takes resource | 1 CHF | 0 CHF/month |
| IPv4 /48 network for a VM / a network | 1 hour | people who really need it | 1 CHF | 5 CHF/month |
